Private Itinerary
We build tailored vacations that typically contain your ‘Name’ in the title of your customized private itinerary. These private itineraries are viewable online via Private Web Pages that are not publicly searchable and cannot be crawled via Search Engines. All other personal contact information is NOT detailed in these online itineraries. We only share this link with you or people you request. How you share and control the access of the link is your responsibility. If you do not wish your personal information to appear in the title of your private itinerary, please let us know and we will be happy to oblige.
Wedding/Honeymoon Registry
If you request a wedding or honeymoon registry, we will build a registry webpage typically containing you and your partner’s first names, a photo provided by you and a link to your Private Itinerary. These customized webpages are viewable online to anyone who has the link. They are not searchable and cannot be crawled by Search Engines. We only share this link with you or people you request. How you share and control the access of the link is your responsibility. If you request a Registry and would like any of this information omitted, please let your Destination Specialist know.
Testimonials & Reviews
Feedback emailed to us:
We often publish client feedback emailed to us. Your feedback maybe found on any of our websites or on our social media outlets. We will only publish last names and photos with explicit consent but general feedback with first names (without any other identifiable information) may be posted without consent.
If you do not wish any portion of your feedback to be published online, please let us know when you email your feedback to us.
Feedback submitted to 3rd party:
If you submit a review of our services to a 3rd party (Google, Facebook, Yelp, etc.) we may publish an image of this review with all included personal information to our websites and/or social media outlets. We will happily remove an image with your personal data, if you contact us.
Feedback submitted directly through our website:
If you submit a review or testimonial directly to our website, we will ask for your email to verify your review. Your email will never be published to our website. All other information submitted in a review, including photos and full names will be published on our website/s and/or social media outlets. You may receive up to 3 marketing emails a week from any one of our travel brands. These are sent to segmented lists based on your interests. By default, you receive all destination information and deals. An unsubscribe link is also available in every email.
We use your email behavioral data to assess your interest in our services and we may remove you from our lists if you do not engage (click or open) one of our emails over a certain period.
We will not pass your contact details to a third party that is not one of our business partners involved in providing our services or products for them to contact you or send you marketing communications unless you have expressly agreed that we may do so.
If we can identify you as an EU resident or otherwise located in the EU, we will request consent before sending marketing emails.
