Koala photos purchases/opportunities are available at the “Lone Pine Sanctuary Experience Hut” and availability will vary daily depending on the needs of the koalas. Meals/Snacks are available at own expense from the on-board cafe. There are 28 stairs required to climb from the boat to the sanctuary.

- Underwater Dive Show – Experience an educational talk while watching Divers navigate the Living reef and narrate their journey.
- Stingray Splash – Enter the Living reef and take a splash with baby rays, followed by a talk and tour of the Underwater Observatory.
- Guided Fish Feeding – Take a chance to get close and personal with some of the Living Reef residents, including colorful fish, baby reef sharks and sea stars. Then take a talk tour of the Underwater Observatory.
- Reef Rangers – Join Mariner Biologists as they take you through the restricted areas of the lagoon for a hands on exclusive look at the Living Reef with time to experience the brand new Touch Tanks. You will assist in the public feeding show, as well as Stingray Splash and guided fish feeding. The ultimate Living Reef tour!
Off Island Activities
- Daydream Half day Whitehaven Beach – Travel directly from Daydream island to the world famous Whitehaven Beach, cruising among the beautiful Whitsunday Islands. In less then an hour you’ll be stepping on to the beautiful white sands of Whitehaven Beach. Enjoy morning or afternoon tea and 2.5 hours on the beach where you can swim, stroll, play or relax. Optional experience are also available including a helicopter flight and bushwalk excursion to Hill Inlet lookout.
- Reef Scenic Heli Tour – The amazing contrast of colors is something best experienced from the air. This experience brings the heart of the Great Barrier Reef to you and provides the ultimate view of the Whitsundays. Sights include Whitsunday Islands, Hill Inlet, Whitehaven Beach, Great Barrier Reef, and Heart Reef.

This tour has 300+ stairs – Low Impact.
