Amazing Trip
So glad About Australia and Koda could make my dream come true. Such an incredible trip. Managed to accomplish so many things: Great Barrier Reef, Tjapuka dinner show, whitewater rafting, Wildlife Dome (picture holding koala bear), shopping, Blue Mountain tour (feeding and petting kangaroos), seeing 3 Sisters, using 2 day Harbour Pass to visit most stops, walking the Harbour Bridge and Rocks District, Sydney Opera House, Whale Watching Tour, couple of massages, and more shopping. (...)
(...) Great memories!! Thank you so much!
A--MAZ--ING!
Wow, we booked this trip through About Australia knowing it would probably be our only time to go there. They chose the BEST highlights, arranged EVERYTHING, and it was fantastic! I don't think it could have been better. In Melbourne (Melbin) we did an excellent 3 hour foodie walking tour, rode the free tram everywhere, loved the Market, stayed a an apartment, visited an animal park AND experienced the Penguin Project! In Cairns (Cans) we went to the Great Barrier Reef and in wet suits(...)
(...) (at 62 yrs old) snorkeled for an amazing experience not to be missed. We stayed in a hotel walking distance to the water. In Sydney, we used our 2 day Harbor boat pass to explore SO much (Darling Harbor, Manly, the Opera House,...) We also had an apartment near everything, ate great meals, and loved Sydney.
For us, the flights over and back were SO much better in Premium Economy that we thought they'd be. Definitely worth the little extra money. I am just go grateful to Chris & About Australia for this terrific, life-changing trip!
Beautiful country and wonderful people
Jeanne and I highly recommend a trip to Australia and to use About Australia for your arrangements! Everything they recommended we tried to fit into our schedule and it was well worth it. We especially loved Cairns and snorkeling on the Barrier Reef and hope to go back again at some point to spend more time there. One day on the water was not enough!
All of our flight arrangements made by About Australia were good except our return flight from Sydney to San Francisco. Qantas changed the(...)
(...) seating (could not sleep) we had paid extra for but returned our money. And US Customs took forever and we barely made our flight with only an 1-1/2 hr layover but our bags did not. they didn't make it to us until the next day! This two issues, neither of which were About Australia's fault did not deter from a great vacation "down under"! So don't delay....make your plans!
Excellent experience
Well designed and good value trip, would recommend to friends
