All cancellations will be processed upon receipt of our cancellation form signed by any travelers who made payments towards the trip. Cancellation charges are calculated at the date when the written cancellation is received by us and as a percentage of the total price excluding trip deposit paid, visa application fees, credit card processing fees and ticketed airline flights all of which are non-refundable if you cancel. All cancelled components within itineraries will incur a 20% administrative fee to be deducted from the refund amount.
